该作借由与许多实际存在的店铺合作，忠实地再现出秋叶原的街景。在其中，主角与被称为“魔骸者”的吸血鬼展开激烈的战斗。熟悉的场景，不一样的紧张感可以让玩家领略到的畅快感。
《秋叶原之旅2》所有要素全面进化。玩家将扮演被神秘组织改造成惧怕阳光的“魔骸者”，在秋叶原中进战斗。
游戏中以真实的秋叶原为舞台展开故事，游戏中的画面和战斗将更加真实，实名店铺是前作的2倍多，而且本作还搭载了与伙伴一起合力的脱衣技“联合脱衣”各位绅士可不能错过。
Explore the supernatural mysteries of Akihabara in AKIBA'S TRIP: Undead & Undressed. A dark conspiracy plots to consume Japan's pop-culture mecca with an army of synthetic vampires. As a fugitive from their experiments, it's up to you to hunt these 'Synthisters' down, brawling with them in the streets and tearing off their clothes to roast them in the harsh light of day.
