本作将全力展现“新世界篇”故事，由尾田荣一郎先生原创的三个角色帕托（CV：TARAKO）、雷德（CV：市村正亲）、娅多雅（CV：柊瑠美）也出现在其中，女帝、海军大将全部亮相；并加入了草帽军团屠杀恶龙，挑战怪兽的自由章节，那些“垂钓”、“抓虫”、“挖掘”自然也被收录其中。
