本作是2011年发售的PS3游戏《梅露露的工作室：雅兰德的炼金术士3》的强化移植版本，游戏的故事发生在前作《托托莉的工作室加强版：雅兰德的炼金术士2》一年之后，舞台则是雅兰德共和国西北方向的阿鲁兹王国，主角就是阿鲁兹王国的公主：梅露露。
