《数码宝贝物语网路侦探》故事主角被神秘人物以数码宝贝作为诱因，而和朋友一起登入电脑空间，却被不明怪物侵食者破坏精神资料，只能以半数码状态回到现实世界。被电脑侦探所救的少年为了夺回自己的身体，与各式各样的人相遇，并挑战在现实世界与电脑空间发生的不可思议事件。

《骇客追忆》则是描写被骇客陷害并夺走电脑空间「EDEN」帐号与立身之处的少年，为证明自己的清白而隻身前往骇客聚集之处，被骇客队伍「hudie」领导救起之后成为骇客一员，同时希望能找出陷害自己的骇客真实身分。
