本作是根据ps3《忍者龙剑传西格码》移植到psv平台上的一款加强作品，psv版对家用机版进行了画面上的调整，游戏整体画面与家用机版相差不大，不过帧数下调至稳定的30帧。系统方面追加了新的“英雄模式”供玩家挑战，玩家也可以在多种难度下选择。游戏追加了全新的可控制角色蕾切尔，新加入的触摸武器操作以及背部触摸面板增加忍术等也让游戏更加的优秀。
