本作延续PSP平台《尸体派对：影之书》第八章后的故事，《尸体派对》系列描写的，以天神小学为舞台展开的一系列故事将在本作中完结。

在本作的故事中似乎又将有全新的惨剧，即将造访芳惠和幸子的老家，也就是篠崎家。本应已经崩塌的天神小学，更加强力的支配者将诅咒之力扩散开来。天神小学中徘徊的各种谜团即将解明，那些在天神小学中惨遭杀害的伙伴们，他们最终能否得到救赎，一切的答案都将在本作中揭晓，而真相总是出乎意料的。
