《信长之野望14：创造》是光荣特库摩公司发行的策略战棋类游戏，于2013年12月12日正式发售，为《信长之野望》系列作品。
游戏以日本战国时代为背景，玩家可以扮演织田家、武田家和上杉家等各路大名，透过内政、外交或会战等等手段来和其他势力对抗，最终实现统一日本的目标。
系列惯例的加强版作品，在本作除了收录游戏本体外，还收录新增的配下军团系统，新的剧情、任务，及500名新武将。对应PSV机能的触摸操作和PlayStation TV功能、利用摄像头拍照自定义武将图标、支持与PS4、PS3版共享存档和DLC。
