《七罪绯红》的角色设计由仓花千夏来担任，剧情讲述是一个暑假，有一座在被大自然所包围的城镇“奥音里”。1年前在这个城镇里，主人公的哥哥突然消失了。这座城镇的形状宛如月牙一般，似乎透露着一丝具有旧时代气息的感觉，在这里据说也有各种关于传承一样的东西所存在。
