《街头霸王X铁拳》是由CAPCOM公司开发的一款格斗类游戏。该作是《街头霸王》系列人物和《铁拳》系列人物合二为一的3D格斗游戏。游戏中收录了大量两作品中的人气角色，同时将采用2V2组队战的形式。
PSV版相比PS3版新增加了12名全新的角色，并且可以和PS3版进行联动。只PSV版还具有独特的触摸出招。游戏中在以往成熟的格斗模式中融入了大量新元素。
