《莉蒂与苏尔的工作室：不可思议绘画之炼金术士》是由GUST制作并发行的《工作室》系列中《菲丽丝工作室》的续作，加入了天气的变化和多人冒险等新特性。游戏讲述了莉迪和苏瑞这对炼金术士姐妹无意间发现地下室藏有的神秘绘画中连接着别的世界，而开始异世界冒险的故事。
本作是工作室系列正传的第19作，主人公莉迪和苏瑞是一对双胞胎姐妹，游戏将会讲述她们在一幅画中了发现了不可思议的世界，并前往其中进行冒险的故事。本作中调和系统将会发生大幅改变，在战斗中也可以进行调和。
